Recruitment Announcement:  Hearing Examiner/Chief Administrative Law Judge.

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska is recruiting for a Hearing Examiner/Chief Administrative Law Judge (PCN 08-6093) position.   This is a Partially Exempt position, Range 26, with a monthly salary of $8,035.  The incumbent in this position will preside over complex cases dealing with utility and pipeline services throughout the state before the commission, supervise the commission's hearing examiners/administrative law judges and paralegals, and provide legal management of all commission adjudicatory dockets.
