Notice of Joint Application of Utility Transfer
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that October 4,
2013 Gustavus Electric Company, Inc. and Alaska Power Company (jointly “the
applicants”) filed a joint application to transfer Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity (CPCN) No. 417 from Gustavus Electric Company to Alaska Power Company.
