Notice of Utility Tariff Filing

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on March 3, 2014, the intrastate interexchange telephone company ACS LONG DISTANCE d/b/a ALASKA COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS, ACS LONG DISTANCE, AND ACS, (“ACS”), filed tariff revision TA86-476 seeking Commission approval to clarify the collection fees payable by the customer for delinquent accounts which are referred to an agency for collection. Collection fees, payable by the customer, will be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33 percent of the debt, pursuant to that referral. ACS’s proposed effective date is April 17, 2014.
