Public Notice P-12-018: Spectrum Alaska - application to transport natural gas. The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) hereby gives notice that an application was filed by SPECTRUM ALASKA, LLC (Spectrum Alaska), to transport natural gas in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. The proposed pipeline will transport natural gas from the Prudhoe Bay Unit fuel gas header through approximately 1,100 feet of eight inch diameter pipe to the Spectrum Alaska Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant to be built south of Flow Station No. 2. Spectrum Alaska requested the Commission issue an order granting the application by April 15, 2013, so that construction of the pipeline may commence in the summer of 2013. Docket No. P-12-018 was opened to address this matter.
