RCA Welcomes Rodney J. Crum, Consumer Protection and Information Officer II.  The Regulatory Commission of Alaska welcomes Rodney (Rod) J. Crum as the Consumer Protection and Information Section Chief.  Mr. Crum arrived in Alaska in July 2008, where he served as the Deputy Public Affairs Officer for U.S. Army Alaska, Public Affairs Office until April 2013. Before retiring from the Army with over 21 years of honorable service, Mr. Crum served as the Director, Public Affairs for NATO-Training Mission Afghanistan(NTM-A). There, he served as the chief information officer in a command made up of 37 countries in NATO charged with training and advising the Afghanistan Army Security Forces. He and his family reside in Eagle River, Alaska. Please introduce yourself to Rodney Crum and welcome him to the RCA.
