Electronic Filing Procedures Are Now Available Online.
The Regulatory Commission of Alaska will start accepting electronic filings on Thursday,
February, 16, 2012. Procedures for filing electronically can be located on the RCA
website by clicking the Help link found in the upper right corner of the screen.
Electronic filing will be mandatory in all docket proceedings, with the opportunity for
waiver (see 3 AAC 48.095(l)). With the exception of Regulatory Cost Charge reports, the
Commission will not accept tariff or financial filings electronically.
To obtain a user name and password from the Commission in order to submit electronic
filings, please review the Procedures for Requesting Login, found under the RCA
Exchange tab. This will walk you through the process of requesting a login as well as a
link to a sample Commission issued user name and password authorization letter.
