The REGULATORY COMMISSION of ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that, Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. (MEA) filed a depreciation study on March 28, 2014, proposing depreciation rates for the Eklutna Generation Station (EGS), a new power generation facility. Docket No. U-14-045 was opened to address this matter.
