The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA533-8 and TA411-121, seeking to update the tariff language for the cost of power adjustment (COPA) provisions of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 8 and CPCN No. 121 tariffs. Chugach seeks to align the operating tariffs between its two certificates so that each tariff’s text is identical.
