The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on December 30, 2022, Juneau Hydropower, Inc. (JHI) filed an application for a new certificate of public convenience and necessity. JHI proposes to provide new hydroelectrical generation service and high–voltage transmission service initially to industrial mining customers in the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska. Docket No. U-22-095 was opened to address this matter.
