Public Notice for Golden Heart Utilities, Inc.

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Heart Utilities, Inc. (GHU) filed tariff revisions for its water (TA128-118) and wastewater (TA122-290) utilities, proposing to add a courtesy leak adjustment option to its tariff. The proposed changes will affect all customers of GHU and College Utilities Corporation (CUC), as CUC’s water and wastewater tariffs adopt and incorporate all supplements and amendments to the GHU water and wastewater tariffs.
