ENSTAR Natural Gas Company's Motion to Compel Discovery from Titan Alaska LNG, LLC with Attachments 1 through 3

Pursuant to 3 AAC 48.091 and 48.141-.144, ENSTAR Natural Gas Company, a Division of SEMCO Energy, Inc. (“ENSTAR”), by and through its counsel, hereby files this Motion to Compel Discovery from Titan Alaska LNG, LLC (“Titan”).  As a motion concerning discovery, any response must be filed within five business days.  Counsel for ENSTAR conferred with counsel for Titan on March 24, 2017 by telephone in an effort to resolve this issue, but no resolution was reached.
