ENSTAR Natural Gas Company's Motion to Compel Response to Its Second Discovery Requests to the Office of the Attorney General

Pursuant to 3 AAC 48.144(e), ENSTAR Natural Gas Company, a Division of SEMCO Energy, Inc. (“ENSTAR”), hereby moves to compel the Office of the Attorney General, Regulatory Affairs and Public Advocacy Division (“RAPA”) to fully and properly respond to ENSTAR’s Second Set of Discovery Requests.  As a motion concerning discovery, any response must be filed within five business days.  Counsel for ENSTAR conferred with counsel for RAPA via email on March 23 and 24, 2017, but was unable to resolve the matter.
