Public Notice for Alaska Waste - Interior, Alaska Waste - Kenai Peninsula, Alaska Waste Mat-Su and Waste Connections of Alaska

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Waste filed tariff revisions for its Interior, Kenai Peninsula, and Mat-Su subsidiaries and Waste Connections of Alaska, Inc. (collectively Alaska Waste) designated as TA118-667, TA95-714, TA92-731, and TA133-692, respectively. Alaska Waste proposes to change the frequency of its cost of fuel surcharge filings from quarterly to biannual. Alaska Waste also proposes to change its filing deadline from 45 days after the end of each quarter to 60 days after the end of the second and fourth quarter.
