The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Dillingham Waste Management, LLC (DWM), filed TA3-198, a revenue requirement study based on a 2021 test year. With this filing, DWM proposes a permanent rate increase of 39 percent increase to its currently effective can and dumpster rates. Should the Commission suspend TA3-198, DWM requests an interim, across-the-board rate increase of 20 percent.
