Regulations Docket Opened to Consider Revisions to Regulations Governing
Ongoing Reporting Requirements.
On Monday, July 13, 2015, the Regulatory Commission of Alaska (RCA) opened
Docket R-15-004 to consider revisions to regulations governing ongoing reporting
requirements of regulated utilities and pipelines. With Order R-15-004 (1) the
RCA solicits comments and reply comments on whether, and to what extent,
regulations regarding ongoing reporting obligations should be adopted or revised.
Interested persons may file comments in response to this order by August 12,
2015, and reply comments by August 27, 2015.
