Comment Period for U-19-020, Chugach Electric Association, Inc.'s Application to Acquire the
Municipal Light & Power from the Municipality of Anchorage.
The Regulatory Commission of Alaska has issued a notice on Chugach Electric's application to
acquire most of the assets of ML&P from the Municipality of Anchorage. The Commission is now
