Comment Period Open for TA517-18, Matanuska Electric Association, Inc.'s Special Contract.

The Regulatory Commission of Alaska has issued a public notice that Matanuska Electric Association, Inc., (MEA) filed tariff revision TA517-18, which requests approval of a special contract for the purchase of non-of-river power from Ram Valley, LLC, (RVL) which owns and is currently constructing a 300-kilowatt run-of-river hydroelectric generation facility located in Eagle River, Alaska.
