The community of Juneau is working toward sustainable clean energy. This new diesel powered facility is NOT a step in that direction. 

The community was not notified about this project until AEL&P had made a substantial commitment to the diesel powered plant.

I urge you  to deny any rate changes based on this plan that was NOT reveled to the community until after the investment had been made.
