Public Notice for Golden Heart Utilities, Inc.

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Heart Utilities, Inc. (GHU) filed tariff revisions for its water (TA89-118) and wastewater (TA83-290) utilities, proposing to add a definition of the 811 Alaska Digline. In addition, GHU proposes to add language to its rules providing that the 811 Alaska Digline must be contacted no less than two and no more than fifteen full business days before a customer digs around the utilities’ mains.
