Public Notice for Nutaaq Pipeline, LLC

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Nutaaq Pipeline, LLC (Nutaaq) filed tariff revision TL46-524, on May 4, 2016, seeking approval of Tariff Sheet No. 4. 3 AAC 48.360(f) requires pipeline carriers subject to federal jurisdiction to include a copy of the pipeline carrier’s currently effective federal tariff in its intrastate tariff. The Commission historically adopts by reference Nutaaq’s interstate Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Tariff No. 2.3.0 by approving Tariff Sheet No. 4. Nutaaq’s FERC Tariff No. 2.3.0 also updates the contact and address for nominations on the Badami Oil Pipeline, and updates the issuer and complier information.
