GCI charges us $130 a month for Yukon TV for years the most we've ever paid for regular TV ever far more than cable TV from GCI in the recent past. We've had regular channels of TV on Cable by GCI for decades. Then GCI switched to an App Yukon TV but we still got all of our local and national TV channels. Now GCI is just ripping that out from underneath us and taking away all the local and national TV channels we have watched for decades. So what do we do now? Are we supposed to download hundreds of apps for each TV channel we want to watch? Any regular TV shows we normally watch we would be forced to find on some app somewhere somehow? Now we're just supposed to find those favorite TV shows on an app somewhere else and rarely be able to see the most current episodes but only weeks or months delayed episodes of our favorite TV shows on apps that finally decide to get more recent episodes of our favorite TV shows. Basically we're stuck watching reruns of our favorite TV shows on who knows what kind of apps that might want to charge us monthly for watching. GCI just wants to get rid of its disaster child Yukon TV and they don't want to give us our regular Cable TV channels back either. We're supposed to just find some apps somewhere and watch whatever they have to offer. We can just forget our local and national TV channels unless we can afford multiple apps that charge a monthly fee. We have a great TV channel line up with Yukon TV but now we'll just be left to wonder through endless apps to find anything to watch on TV. GCI is the worst TV cable provider in the history of the USA and Alaska. They never keep their promises and then they just dump cable TV fans and Yukon TV watchers by the side of the road. GCI should be forced to maintain Yukon TV at a severely reduced rate or GCI should give us regular cable TV channels back also at a reduced rate. GCI's Yukon TV rates are so high that no one want's to purchase them any more. It's all just ridiculous.
