in response to U-18-001,I am concerned that this does not help bring Fairbanks into EPA compliance with PM2.5 Air quality and will limit any additional efforts to do so .This effort dos not meet HB105 intent to clean up the Air in Fairbanks and North Pole nor does it meet the FNSB agreement to focus on air quality in approving the IGU  concept.In audition the assets [Gravel pad on north slop] included in this transaction  page 13 EX B has been removed from IGU conveyance in part after the contracts were singed [very strange ] this request is not complete,and it does very little to help clean up the terrible health issues we are incurring .I am also convinced that IGU is overpaying for pentex and it will bankrupt IGU in the near future .I did attend the meetings and read the contracts.
