The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA531-8 and TA409-121, seeking to update Rule 1.1 and Rule 3.2 of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 8 tariff, and Rules 1 through 3 of its CPCN No. 121 tariff, respectively. Chugach seeks to align the operating tariffs between its two certificates so that each tariff’s rules are identical.
