Staff Memorandum for Exxonmobil Pipeline Company

Staff recommends the Commission approve ExxonMobil’s changes to RCA Tariff Sheet No.10, which includes the adoption by reference of ExxonMobil’s FERC Tariff No. 404.12.0, Quality Bank Methodology, effective February 1, 2017. 

In additional, staff recommends that the Commission request ExxonMobil to update Item III.C.1 to reflect the existing status of the return stream delivered to the Trans Alaska Pipeline System by the Golden Valley Electric Association’s pipeline.
