The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Kenai Beluga Pipeline, LLC (KBPL) filed an application on September 8, 2017, seeking approval to obtain a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to transport crude oil on one of the dual sub-inlet pipelines currently used to transport natural gas.  Docket No. P-17-008 was opened to address this matter.
