Public Notice-Outgoing for Golden Heart Utilities, Inc.

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that GOLDEN HEART UTILITIES, INC. (GHU) has filed tariff revisions for its water and wastewater utilities (TA67-118 and TA62-290, respectively).  With TA67-118 and TA62-290, GHU proposes to add provisions to its water and wastewater tariffs to permit the utility to bill at cost an person responsible for damaging utility-owned facilities or equipment to recover costs associated with repairs or rehabilitation of any damage, including the cost of replacing facilities or equipment damaged beyond repair.
