Staff Memorandum for ConocoPhillips Transportation Alaska, Inc.

Staff recommends the Commission approve CPTAI’s changes to RCA Tariff Sheet No.10, which includes the adoption by reference of CPTAI’s FERC Tariff No. 21.12.0, Quality Bank Methodology, as filed on January 24, 2017, effective February 1, 2017.

In addition, staff recommends that the Commission request CPTAI update Item III.C.1 to reflect the existing status of the return stream delivered to the Trans Alaska Pipeline System by Golden Valley Electric Association’s pipeline.
