Staff Memorandum for BP Pipelines (Alaska) Inc.

Staff recommends the Commission approve BPPA’s changes to RCA Tariff Sheet No.16, which includes the adoption by reference of BPPA’s FERC Tariff No. 44.12.0, Quality Bank Methodology, effective February 1, 2017. 

In addition, staff recommends that the Commission request BPPA update Item III.C.1 to reflect the existing status of the return stream delivered to the Trans Alaska Pipeline System by Golden Valley Electric Association’s pipeline.
