The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Electric Light & Power Company (AEL&P) filed tariff revision TA449-1, requesting approval of Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Interruptible Energy (“Interruptible Energy Contract”) between AELP and Princess Cruise Lines, Inc. (Princess). AEL&P proposes to amend Section 3(d)(iii)(1) of the Interruptible Energy Contract to clarify the quantity of energy to be used in the calculation of the per kWh energy charge under the contract.
