The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed tariff revision TA424-8, seeking to update its list of Special Contracts contained on Tariff Sheet No. 73. The proposed update will reflect the extension to the term of the 2006 Agreement for the Sale and Purchase of Electric Power and Energy between Chugach and the City of Seward (2006 Agreement) from December 31, 2016, to December 31, 2021.
