This notice corrects the Notice of Utility Tariff Filing for TA421-8, issued on April 25, 2016. The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed tariff revision TA421-8 on April 18, 2016 seeking approval of a special contract for Chugach to provide natural gas management services to Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. (MEA). The parties propose an effective date for the special contract of April 1, 2016.
