The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. (MEA) filed TA528-18, the annual update to its cost per foot for new construction of single-phase secondary service. With TA528-18, MEA proposes to increase the cost per foot for constructing new single-phase services from $27.55 per foot to $29.80 per foot.
