Please don't allow them to continue to rob Fairbanks even more than usual. All utilities in Fairbanks are already extremely expensive. I have lived in Fairbanks and bought and sold over the last 40 years 9 apartment buildings. At this time I now still own 3. I have been for the last several months, considering selling out of Fairbanks and moving out of state due to the continuous price increases of ALL utilities. If this increase is allowed,it my be the last straw. I own property with both Golden Heart and College utilities. PLEASE DON'T ALLOW!!!
