The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that GCI Communication Corp. d/b/a General Communication, Inc., d/b/a GCI (GCI) filed a tariff revision designated as TA574-489, proposing to implement an increase in the Network Access Fee (NAF) in compliance with regulations adopted in Docket Nos. R-08-003 and R-09-003. The NAF affects all end users that subscribe to local exchange telephone service.
