The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Alaska Waste – Interior, LLC (AWI), Alaska Waste - Kenai, LLC (AWK), Alaska Waste Mat-Su, LLC (AWMS), and Waste Connections of Alaska, Inc. (WCA), have filed tariff revisions designated as TA85-667, TA68-714, TA57-731, and TA97-692, respectively. AWI, AWK, AWMS, and WCA (collectively Alaska Waste) propose revisions to the provisions governing billing and credit policies and termination of service by the utility.
