Public Comment for TA401-8 by David Huycke

     Dear Regulatory Commission of Alaska, please do not approve Chugach Electric's request to raise their rate increase.
     I've lived in Anchorage since 1969 and have gone through many of Chugach Electric’s rate increases -- that I did believe was necessary from them.
     However, this time (per April 2015 hearing?), I would politely request that you deny a rate increase.
     They over-expended on their new Chugach Electric massive plant and under-estimated loss of revenue from both MEA's and HEA's of leaving Chugach's grid.
     I'm a citizen who cares and shouldn't be placed in a position with poor management decisions by Chugach.
     I thank you for considering my request.
