Annual Report Request for Extension of Time by Municipality

Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) is requesting an extension to submit its 2025 RCA Annual Operations Report for Anchorage Water Utility (AWU, CPCN 122) until June 30, 2026.  

AWWU does not believe it would be appropriate to submit partial data when it is likely substantially all data may be available in draft format and can be submitted by June 30, 2026.

AWWU shall report to the Commission the selected annual report data requested in the RCA online Utility Annual report with incomplete but known 2025 financial data by March 31, 2026.
