Public Notice for Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed two tariff revisions for its water and sewer utilities (TA157-122 and TA157-126, respectively), proposing to remove the 200 lineal feet limitation for extended service connections and clarify when AWWU will allow service through an extended connection. AWWU also proposes to add a requirement that a registered professional engineer prepare the connection application and related drawings or verifications.
