The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA534-8 and TA412-121, seeking to update Rule 2 and Rule 4 of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 8 tariff (South District), and Rule 2 and 4 of its CPCN No. 121 tariff (North District), respectively. Chugach seeks to align the tariffs between its two certificates so that each tariff’s rules are identical.
