Public Notice for Municipality of Anchorage d/b/a Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Municipality of Anchorage d/b/a Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed TA159-126 on behalf of its wastewater operations. With TA159-126, AWWU requests approval of a special contract with Municipal Light and Power (ML&P) (Special Contract). Under the proposed Special Contract, AWWU agrees to provide commercial metered sewer service to ML&P for the George M. Sullivan Power Plants 2 and 2A, and associated buildings (Plants), using a sewer meter which ML&P shall provide.
