The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc. (GVEA) filed TA297-13, requesting approval of a special contract with Superior Pellet Fuels, LLC (Superior Pellet). Under the proposed special contract, Superior Pellet agrees to shift most of its production to the off-peak summer months and accept certain operating restrictions when operating on GVEA’s system during the peak demand months of November through March.
