The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc. (GVEA) filed TA315-13, proposing to create a new rule, Rule 22, to address disconnection of electric service. Currently, provisions for disconnection of electric service are addressed in Rule 6 and Rule 9 of GVEA’s tariff. GVEA proposes creating Rule 22 to specifically address disconnection of electric service.
