The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Alaska Communications (ACS) local exchange companies listed in the table below filed tariff revisions to revise their Carrier of Last Resort (COLR) support levels. The filings were submitted in accordance with regulations adopted in Order No. R-08-003(8)/R-09-003(4) that implemented the COLR support mechanism.
