Public Notice for Municipal Light and Power

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Municipality of Anchorage d/b/a Municipal Light and Power (ML&P), filed tariff revision TA351-121 seeking approval of tariff revisions submitted in compliance with Ordering Paragraph 1 of Order No. U-15-097(9), issued July 15, 2016. In the ordering paragraph, the Commission required ML&P to submit revisions to Section 6.12.1 Connections to Other Systems, and Appendix A Interconnection Standards (Appendix A) of its tariff with the accepted language revisions to Sections 111 through 114, including a redline version of Appendix A showing the ordered revisions.
