Public Notice for Interior Telephone Company et al.

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that non-pooling local exchange carriers: Interior Telephone Company (ITC); Mukluk Telephone Company (MUKLUK); Arctic Slope Telephone Association Cooperative (ASTAC); Copper Valley Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (CVTC); Ketchikan Public Utilities (KPU); Cordova Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (CTC); and Matanuska Telephone Association, Inc. (MTA) have filed tariff revisions (collectively "the filings") to revise their Carrier of Last Resort (COLR) levels.  The filings were submitted in accordance with regulations adopted in Order No. R-08-003(8)/R-09-003(4) that implemented the COLR support mechanism.
