Public Notice for Matanuska Electric Association, Inc.

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. (MEA) filed TA485-18, a revenue requirement study and cost of service study based on a 2016 test year. MEA proposes an overall increase of 2.75 percent in base rate revenues. The base rate revenue increase consists of 2.57 percent for the Single-Phase rate class, 3.30 percent for its Three-Phase rate class, and 1.97 percent for the Streetlight rate class. Individual customer percent rate changes will vary depending on usage. 

MEA is not requesting an interim rate increase.
