The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc. (GVEA) filed TA303-13, proposing revisions to Rule 10 (Special Services). GVEA merging the provisions in Rule 10 regarding Nature of Service and Charges. In addition, GVEA proposes removing provisions for connecting or disconnecting service outside regular business hours and collecting bills form delinquent members from Rule 10.
