I have concerns that this transaction will not accomplish the goals set out in HB105 and will not meet the intent of the
FNSB/ IGU to clean up the horrible air pollution we are enduring ,In its current configuration it will not be able to serve
enough customers because of cost and interconnection issues .I am concerned that it will put IGU in financial danger
with the debt and need for so much repair , I also don’t like the idea that assets pledged in the contracts have been
shorted [north slop pad ]exhibit B page 13 has been leased out to a 3rd party and this information is not in the submittal.
We are only going to have one chance at cleaning up the air with the funds available ,we have to get it right ..Mike Craft
