Corrected Public Notice for Alpat Water Utility, LLC

On April 25, 2019, the REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) issued a public notice regarding TA10-730, the tariff filing in which ALPAT Water Utility, LLC seeks to establish a Plant Replacement and Improvement Surcharge Mechanism pursuant to 3 AAC 52.800 – 3 AAC 52.890. 

In that notice the Commission set the comment deadline of May 27, 2019. That date is a holiday when the Commission is closed. With this corrected notice, we revise that deadline to the Commission's next business day, May 28, 2019.
