Public Notice for Nikishka Bay Utilities, Inc.

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Nikishka Bay Utilities, Inc. (NBUI) filed TA20-142, a revenue requirement study, based on a 2017 test year. With TA20-142, NBUI requests an across-the-board permanent rate increase of 10.76 percent to all residential and commercial water customers. In addition, NBUI proposes to increase some of its non-recurring fees and special charges.
